I am absolutely delighted to confirm that I've sold two more books to my publisher Headline, which will be coming out in 2027 and 2028!
The first of these is the next Jamie Tulloch novel, A TRAITOR'S CALL. Here's the cover:

He will only talk, alone and off-the-record, with the newly-recruited Jamie Tulloch - and it must be in 'The Box', a grand Pimlico townhouse that's secretly the most secure safehouse in London: a soundproofed, impenetrable bunker.
But the attack has already begun. A retired SIS officer wanders a Sussex beach with no memory of how he got there. Mysterious drones hover in the sky. Systems crash and roads are gridlocked. And there's more on the way, with millions riveted by a series of timers ticking down online.
With panic, suspicion and mistrust rising across the country - and at the highest levels of government - the SIS team must race to uncover the origin of this mysterious new threat.
Who's behind this broad-spectrum chaos? What does Russell Finch know? And why will he only speak to Jamie Tulloch?

So this is another Legends book?
Yes, it's the third book to feature Jamie Tulloch and the Legends team, though this time things are going to be happening on a somewhat larger dramatic canvas (the whole UK) while also narrowing the individual character scope a little (because Jamie is going to an underground bunker in Pimlico). But there'll be plenty for fans of the previous two books and new readers alike.
When's it out?
The first book in the deal, A TRAITOR'S CALL, will be released in the UK in hardcover, eBook and audio on 27th May 2027. A paperback edition will follow later. US hardcover release date is TBC, but I'll update this post when confirmed.

Is the book written?
Yes, it's in copyedits at the moment, but it's fully completed from my perspective, save for proofreading and minor corrections. This is the project I've been calling Project VAULT since late last year.
So what's the second book in the two-book deal?
The second book in the deal is not yet titled or agreed, but it is very likely to be another Jamie Tulloch/Legends book. We're kicking around a pitch at the moment, and as soon as we've agreed on something, I will be starting on it, very likely this side of Christmas. That is tentatively scheduled to come out around the same time of year as SOLITARY AGENTS and A TRAITOR'S CALL, but in 2028, which seems like a long way away, but I'm sure will be on us faster than we can blink.
