My debut short story Vegvísir (Wayfinder) in Clarkesworld Magazine is out today! And you can read it for free!
Vegvísir just dropped on the Clarkesworld website! Go and read it, or if you prefer, listen to it. I'm really, really excited to have this story out in the world and I can't wait to see what people think of it. It's the first short story I'd tried submitting in 15+ years and I'm just so lucky to have been picked up by such a brilliant magazine.

I am so stoked at the company I have on this cover too - I can't wait to read stories from multi-published authors like Aimee Ogden, Rich Larson, Wang Yuan, Meghan Feldman, E.N. Diaz and Amal Singh. I think I might be the only debut in the issue, which is a bit scary but also kind of awesome.
I really hope you enjoy reading it. There is also an audio version in the works (I'm currently assembling a narrator pronunciation guide for the Icelandic words in the story), which I'll post about when it's released. (Update: here it is!)
