Here's what I've got coming up:
- I'm chairing a discussion with Gareth Brown about his new book THE SOCIETY OF UNKNOWABLE OBJECTS at Waterstones West End, Edinburgh, on Thursday 16th October.
- I'm appearing at the Edinburgh Writer's Club for a Q&A on Monday 3rd November 2025.
- I'm appearing at Denny Library for their Book Blether mini-festival alongside Kate Foster and Marion Todd on Saturday 15th November.
- I'm chairing Kim Sherwood and Vaseem Khan at the Aye Write festival for a discussion of their books set in the James Bond universe on Saturday 15th November.
- I'm appearing along with the other debuts from the Bloody Scotland shortlist at Waterstones Edinburgh West End for a debut panel, with Susie Green of the In My Good Books podcast chairing on Wednesday 26th November.
- I'm appearing at Stockport Noir in Stockport on January 31st 2026 as a panellist.

Recent events
This is a short list of what I've done recently:
- I attended Bloody Scotland 2025 in Stirling where I won the Debut Prize and appeared as a panelist.
- I appeared at the Theakston Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival in July 2025 as a nominee for the McDermid Debut Award, which I was lucky enough to win!
- I spoke to Iain MacGregor about his book THE HIROSHIMA MEN with Night Owl Books at the Harbour Chapel in Dunbar on 2nd July 2025.
- I appeared at Capital Crime 2025 in London on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th of June, where I was on a debut panel with Remi Kone and S.M. Govett, chaired by Brian McGilloway.
- I attended the Bloody Scotland 2025 programme launch as a Debut Prize shortlistee. News story here.
- I spoke to Chris Whitaker about his novel ALL THE COLOURS OF THE DARK at Waterstones Edinburgh in April 2025.
- I gave a talk to the students at Arcadia Abroad, a study-abroad program at the University of Edinburgh. You can read the accompanying blog post and watch the talk here.
- I appeared at Waterstones Braehead in Glasgow for their 2024 Christmas Shopping Event.
- I was a 'Crime in the Spotlight' reader as part of Bloody Scotland 2024.
- I had a sold-out launch event at Blackwell's in Edinburgh for my debut novel, A RELUCTANT SPY.
- I did a school visit with the sixth year English students at Earlston High School.
- I was part of a sold-out nine-author book launch at WorldCon 2024.
- I ran a workshop with Nicholas Binge on Critique and Community at WorldCon 2024.
- I ran a workship with Nicholas Binge on Critique and Community at Cymera Festival.
- I guest-lectured at Napier University on the Creative Writing MA, talking about short fiction and critiques.
